Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in the technology sector, with a focus on tax technology solutions. Your experience includes managing the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure, and you are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders such as Heads of Tax and CFOs. You are adept at developing strategic sales plans and executing them effectively to meet performance metrics.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to generate comprehensive impact case studies and establish clear ROI metrics for clients. Your ability to foster deep relationships with clients enables you to unlock upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving revenue growth for the company. You are also knowledgeable about tax technology trends and challenges, which you leverage to differentiate Fonoa's solutions in the marketplace.
What you'll do
In this role, you will execute Fonoa's sales strategy towards the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), focusing on software, marketplaces, and digital services accounts. You will generate a new sales pipeline through prospecting activities and manage live opportunities using methodologies such as SPICED or MEDDPICC. Your responsibilities will include developing and presenting value-driven pricing quotations and collaborating with clients to establish clear ROI metrics.
You will craft strategic plans and conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with customers, unlocking clear upsell and cross-sell roadmaps for the next 12-18 months. Your pivotal role will help refine the sales process and accelerate revenue growth, making you a key player in Fonoa's Commercial team.
