Desirable
Experience in healthcare sales or staffing is a plus, as is familiarity with the tools and technologies that facilitate healthcare staffing solutions. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with various stakeholders, from healthcare professionals to facility administrators. A background in account management or business development will further enhance your ability to succeed in this position.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at IntelyCare, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting health networks and post-acute facilities to closing deals and ensuring successful platform adoption. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding our market presence on the East Coast. Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare facilities will be a critical part of your role, as you work to understand their needs and how IntelyCare can meet them. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that our solutions align with the needs of our partners, driving both satisfaction and retention.
Your role will also involve tracking sales metrics and reporting on your progress, allowing you to refine your approach and strategies continuously. You will be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, using this knowledge to inform your sales tactics and positioning. As you grow in this role, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall sales strategy of the organization.
