Who you are
You have a strong background in compensation analysis and design, with experience in developing compensation plans that drive organizational performance. You understand the intricacies of incentive mechanics and how they can be tailored to support growth and efficiency within a company. Your analytical skills allow you to assess market trends and ensure that compensation plans are competitive and compliant with regulations. You are a collaborative partner, able to work closely with leadership, operations, finance, and people teams to align compensation strategies with business objectives. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex compensation concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
What you'll do
As a Compensation Analyst at Postman, you will own the end-to-end design of compensation plans across the organization, focusing particularly on the go-to-market (GTM) roles. You will translate the GTM strategy into clear, scalable, and measurable incentive mechanics that balance growth acceleration with customer value. Your role will involve analyzing compensation data, benchmarking against industry standards, and making recommendations to ensure that Postman's compensation offerings are attractive and equitable. You will also be responsible for documenting compensation plans and ensuring they are operationally excellent, compliant, and effectively communicated to all relevant parties. Your insights will help shape the company's approach to compensation, driving the right behaviors and outcomes across the organization.
