Who you are

You are an Infrastructure Engineer with a strong foundation in systems engineering, whether you are at the junior or senior level. You have experience working with cloud solutions and understand the importance of high availability, performance, and security in hosted environments. You thrive in collaborative settings and are eager to solve complex problems while making impactful improvements to systems.

You possess a solid understanding of deployment processes and have hands-on experience with technologies such as AWS and Linux. You are comfortable working with co-location partners to design server layouts and ensure that all operational processes are documented and monitored. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the solutions lifecycle is one of your key strengths.

Desirable

Experience with Docker and container orchestration is a plus, as is familiarity with hardware qualification testing and certification processes. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities to enhance system performance and efficiency, and you are always looking for ways to innovate and improve existing solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the engineering and architecture teams to design and implement solutions that maximize the performance and operability of hosted services. You will lead and participate in the provisioning and deployment of server and network equipment, ensuring that all components are integrated into the company's operational processes. Your responsibilities will include conducting hardware qualification testing on new platforms and certifying them for production deployments.

You will also be involved in the deployment of new applications and changes, ensuring that all service components are documented and monitored. Your role will require you to collaborate with various stakeholders to obtain pre-operational sign-offs, ensuring that solutions can be operated effectively.
