Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the healthcare sector, and understand the nuances of selling data platforms and integration engines. Your experience allows you to articulate complex solutions to senior stakeholders effectively, ensuring that you can meet their needs and drive sales success. You are energetic and motivated, with a passion for building long-term relationships with clients, particularly in the NHS and private healthcare sectors.

Your ability to discover, qualify, and develop sales opportunities is complemented by your strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to motivate both internal teams and external partners towards achieving desired business outcomes. You are adaptable and willing to travel nationally to meet clients and understand their needs better, ensuring that you can provide tailored solutions that address their challenges.

Desirable

Experience with AI-enabled solutions or advanced data platforms would be beneficial, as would familiarity with the UK healthcare landscape. You are comfortable navigating complex sales processes and have a strategic mindset that allows you to identify and capitalize on opportunities in a competitive market.

What you'll do

As a Sales Manager at InterSystems, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing healthcare data platform customers while also discovering and developing new sales opportunities. You will work closely with the UK Bid team to provide timely proposals and ensure that customer needs are met effectively. Your role will involve managing and resolving any technical or contractual issues that arise, ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish.

You will be tasked with motivating both internal and external resources to focus on achieving desired business outcomes, fostering a collaborative environment that drives success. Regular travel across the South East of England will be required to meet with clients and stakeholders, allowing you to build strong, lasting relationships that contribute to the growth of InterSystems' presence in the healthcare market.
