You have a strong background in sales, particularly within the healthcare sector, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Your experience includes selling data platforms and integration engines, which positions you well to understand the needs of healthcare customers. You are an energetic and credible Sales Executive, capable of articulating complex solutions to senior stakeholders and decision-makers. You thrive in a role that requires flexibility and regular travel across the North of England and Scotland, and you are motivated by the opportunity to secure new business and foster long-term partnerships.

Experience with AI-enabled solutions would be beneficial, as it aligns with the innovative products offered by InterSystems. You are comfortable navigating the complexities of the healthcare market and have a track record of uncovering opportunities that drive business outcomes. Your ability to motivate both internal and external teams will be key to your success in this role.

What you'll do

As a Sales Manager at InterSystems, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing healthcare data platform customers while discovering and developing new sales opportunities. You will work closely with the UK Bid team to provide timely proposals and ensure that customer needs are met effectively. Your role will involve motivating staff and resources to focus on desired business outcomes, and you will be tasked with managing and resolving any technical or contractual issues that arise. You will play a crucial role in articulating the value of InterSystems' products to healthcare clients, ensuring that they understand how these solutions can solve their specific challenges.
