Who you are

You have a strong background in sales engineering, ideally with experience in the technology sector. You understand the importance of customer relationships and have a knack for conveying technical solutions in a way that resonates with clients. Your ability to work collaboratively with account executives and partners is key to your success in this role. You are based in the Kanto area of Japan and have the necessary sponsorship to live and work in Japan.

You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing time in the office with remote work. You value work-life balance and understand the importance of maintaining strong connections with your team and clients. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a customer-facing role with ease.

What you'll do

As a Sales Engineer II at Jamf, you will work closely with account executives and channel partners to achieve sales goals. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate the technical requirements of new sales opportunities and present tailored solutions that meet the needs of prospective and existing customers. You will own all presales technical activities, providing presentations and demonstrations that showcase the value of the Jamf portfolio.

You will gain a clear understanding of customer requirements and articulate how Jamf's solutions can address those needs effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, ensuring that the technical aspects of the sales process are seamless and impactful. You will be instrumental in building trust with clients, helping them see the business value of Jamf's offerings.
