What you'll do
As the Senior Director of Global Partner Sales, you will develop and drive the comprehensive Global Channel Sales Strategy, focusing on generating new logo revenue and achieving aggressive sales targets. You will lead a team of Partner Account Managers, guiding them in executing channel sales operations across various regions to meet NNARR targets. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive execution effectively. You will also be responsible for mentoring your team, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring that they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
You will analyze market trends and partner performance to refine strategies and identify new opportunities for growth. Your ability to communicate the technical aspects of DevSecOps and Cloud Native solutions will be crucial in enabling your team to articulate these concepts to partners. You will also be tasked with creating a high-performance sales culture that encourages innovation and accountability, ensuring that your team consistently meets and exceeds their goals.
