Who you are

You have extensive experience in channel sales and a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies — you've built high-performance teams and fostered a culture of excellence that drives results. Your leadership style inspires creativity and overachievement, and you are adept at mentoring and managing teams to reach their full potential.

You possess a deep understanding of the DevSecOps and Cloud Native landscape — your technical proficiency allows you to effectively communicate the value proposition to partners and stakeholders. You are metrics-focused and have demonstrated the ability to create a high-performance sales culture that aligns with business objectives.

What you'll do

As the Senior Director of Global Partner Sales, you will develop and drive the comprehensive Global Channel Sales Strategy, focusing on generating new logo revenue and achieving aggressive sales targets. You will work closely with Partner Account Managers to execute channel sales operations across various regions, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded.

You will lead a team dedicated to recruiting, enabling, and driving the success of channel partners — your role will involve building strong relationships with partners and ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed. You will also be responsible for scaling the team and fostering a culture of excellence that encourages innovation and collaboration.
