You have a proven track record in channel sales, with extensive experience in developing and executing sales strategies that drive new logo revenue. Your leadership skills shine as you build and mentor high-performance teams, fostering a culture of creativity and overachievement. You are technically adept, with a solid understanding of the DevSecOps and Cloud Native value propositions, enabling you to effectively communicate with partners and drive their success.

You thrive in a metrics-focused environment, demonstrating the ability to create a high-performance sales culture that inspires your team. Your experience in subscription-based software solutions, particularly in DevOps, Cloud, and Security, positions you as a key player in accelerating JFrog's growth through its partner ecosystem.

What you'll do

As the Senior Director of Global Partner Sales, you will develop and drive the comprehensive Global Channel Sales Strategy, focusing on generating new logo revenue and achieving aggressive sales targets. You will lead a team of Partner Account Managers, ensuring they are equipped to recruit, enable, and drive the success of our channel partners across various regions. Your role will involve executing sales operations and collaborating with partners to meet NNARR targets.

You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Your leadership will inspire creativity and motivate your team to exceed sales goals. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring that JFrog continues to expand its market share through its partner network.
