Who you are
You have a strong background in solutions engineering, with experience in collaborating with account executives to understand customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions. Your ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and solution designs is a key asset. You possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into business value for varied audiences. You are customer-centric and have a 'can-do' attitude, with a passion for learning and solving complex problems. You are comfortable conducting discovery sessions, technical presentations, and product demonstrations in both English and Spanish, showcasing your versatility in engaging with diverse stakeholders.
What you'll do
As a Senior Solutions Engineer at JFrog, you will be on the front lines, working closely with customers and prospects to guide them on how to build robust DevSecOps processes. You will collaborate with our sales, product, customer success, and engineering teams to help customers understand the value of JFrog solutions from both a technical and business perspective. Your role will involve conducting compelling Proof of Values (POVs) and technical demonstrations, ensuring that you effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions. You will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with clients, helping them navigate their software delivery challenges and ensuring they derive maximum value from our offerings.
