What you'll do
In this role, you will manage your own book of business, building and managing an end-to-end sales pipeline. You will conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop strategies to engage them. Your responsibilities will include prospecting new leads, fostering relationships with existing clients, and negotiating contracts to close deals. You will be expected to meet or exceed your sales quotas, contributing to the overall growth of Justworks.
You will work closely with other team members to share insights and strategies that can enhance the sales process. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. You will also participate in team meetings to discuss progress, share best practices, and collaborate on sales initiatives.
