What you'll do

As the Senior Sales Manager for Central Europe, you will play a hands-on role in driving Kaluza's growth by leading major enterprise deals and developing new markets. You will collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and other team members to identify opportunities and create strategies that align with Kaluza's mission of transforming energy complexity into seamless coordination. Your responsibilities will include managing the sales pipeline, engaging with potential clients, and ensuring that Kaluza's offerings meet the needs of the market.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior sales team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
