OPSWAT is seeking a Senior Sales Director for Northern Europe to lead revenue generation and build long-term client relationships. This role requires a strong background in corporate sales and team leadership.

Who you are
You have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with over 5 years of experience in a corporate sales environment. Your ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners is a key strength, allowing you to effectively solve strategic issues and generate opportunities across multiple countries in Northern Europe. You are results-driven and have consistently exceeded multi-million-dollar sales quotas throughout your career.
Your leadership style fosters a high-performance, accountable, sales-driven culture focused on customer execution and hypergrowth. You are skilled in recruiting, hiring, developing, and inspiring sales teams to achieve their targets. You understand the importance of aligning sales strategies with company goals and are adept at managing both strategic and hands-on aspects of the sales process.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with senior management and other departments. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop and advance current and new revenue models, ensuring the company meets or exceeds its revenue targets in the region.
Desirable
Experience in cybersecurity or IT sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities present in the Northern European market. A background in managing remote teams can also be beneficial, given the nature of this position.
What you'll do
As the Sales Director for Northern Europe, you will own the entire revenue generation process for the region. This includes developing and executing sales strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. You will lead a sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their individual and collective targets. Building long-term relationships with clients and partners will be a critical part of your role, as you work to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
You will collaborate closely with the VP of Western Europe to align your strategies with broader company goals. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities for growth within the region. You will also be responsible for reporting on sales performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize your team's efforts.
In addition to leading your team, you will engage with key clients and stakeholders, presenting the company's offerings and demonstrating how they can address specific challenges. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust will be essential in these interactions.
