You have a strong background in customer success, ideally with experience in technology or SaaS environments. You are a trusted advisor who can communicate effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring that customers feel supported and valued throughout their journey. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to drive continuous improvement. Your analytical mindset helps you uncover expansion opportunities and turn customers into advocates for the product. What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Iru, you will be responsible for leading onboarding and enablement programs that help customers effectively use the platform. You will guide end-user adoption by providing training and resources that empower users to maximize their experience. Conducting strategic business reviews will be a key part of your role, as you demonstrate the value and impact of Iru's solutions to customers. You will act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to internal teams to enhance the product and service offerings. Your role will involve analyzing customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that every customer gains time, control, and confidence in managing their IT and security needs.
