You have extensive experience in digital onboarding and customer success, ideally with a background in IT infrastructure and security management solutions. Your strategic mindset allows you to build scalable onboarding programs that drive product adoption and improve customer satisfaction. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and have a proven track record of accelerating time-to-value for customers. You are prepared to go above and beyond for the betterment of customers, embodying Kaseya's commitment to excellence.

Desirable

Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects is a plus. Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in onboarding processes will set you apart. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences and fostering collaboration across departments.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of digital onboarding strategies across Kaseya’s product portfolio. You will work closely with product teams to ensure that onboarding experiences are aligned with product features and customer needs. Your focus will be on creating a seamless onboarding journey that enhances user engagement and satisfaction. You will analyze customer feedback and onboarding metrics to continuously improve the onboarding process, ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes quickly and effectively.

You will also collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote onboarding initiatives and drive customer engagement. Your leadership will be crucial in scaling onboarding efforts as Kaseya continues to grow and expand its customer base. You will mentor and guide your team, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity.
