You are a commercially driven Solutions Specialist with a strong background in B2B/SaaS sales. You thrive at the intersection of sales strategy and technical enablement, spending the majority of your time closing deals while leveraging your technical knowledge to support consultative conversations. You are prepared to go above and beyond for the betterment of customers, embodying Kaseya's commitment to excellence.
You have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and supporting account management teams effectively. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner allows you to engage with clients and understand their needs deeply. You are adaptable and ready to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support account management teams by providing technical expertise and sales strategy. You will engage with existing customers to understand their needs and drive revenue growth through consultative selling. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success, as well as identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Kaseya's solutions.
You will be instrumental in closing deals and ensuring that customers are fully aware of the value Kaseya's solutions bring to their IT infrastructure and security management. You will also participate in training and onboarding new team members, sharing your knowledge and experience to foster a collaborative environment.
