What you'll do

As a Solution Specialist at Shift4, you will be the driving force behind our sales efforts. You will set appointments with merchants to present our Point of Sale products and services, showcasing how they can enhance their business operations. Your role will involve prospecting through various channels, including phone calls, face-to-face networking, and building referral partnerships. You will assist existing clients with additional services, ensuring they are aware of all the solutions available to them.

Building strong relationships with merchants is key to your success. You will listen to their needs and desires, helping to resolve any outstanding issues they may have. Your ability to identify and qualify sales opportunities will enable you to up-sell additional products and services, contributing to the overall growth of the company. You will be responsible for meeting sales quotas and applying company policies and procedures to effectively grow market share.
