What you'll do

In this role, you will be the face of Shift4, engaging with merchants to present our Point of Sale solutions. You will set appointments and conduct presentations, both over the phone and in person, to demonstrate how our technology can enhance their business operations. Your responsibilities will include prospecting for new clients, building referral partnerships, and assisting existing clients with additional services such as hardware and software solutions.

You will listen to merchants' needs and identify opportunities for upselling additional products and services. Your goal is to develop new accounts and target areas for growth, applying your knowledge of the payments ecosystem to help clients succeed. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and adhering to company policies as you work to expand Shift4's market share.
