Keeper is hiring an Account Executive to drive sales by converting leads and onboarding new clients. You'll work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure client satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to sales.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in converting leads into closed deals — your experience in cold outreach and running discovery calls has equipped you with the skills to engage potential clients effectively. You understand the importance of communication and collaboration, working closely with Customer Success to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. You are adaptable and can thrive in a remote work environment, managing your time effectively while also being willing to travel for selling events and team offsites.
You are driven by results and motivated by uncapped commission structures — your ambition aligns with the company's mission to revolutionize bookkeeping practices. You possess a keen understanding of software products and can articulate their value to potential clients, helping them make informed decisions. You are comfortable using various communication channels, including email, cold calling, and LinkedIn, to reach out to prospects and build relationships.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for converting inbound leads into closed deals, leveraging your sales skills to identify and reach out to potential clients. You will conduct discovery calls, demo calls, and free trial calls, guiding prospects through the sales process and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Collaborating with the Customer Success team, you will ensure that new clients are successfully onboarded and that their needs are met post-sale. You will also communicate any feature blockers to the product team, providing valuable feedback that can help improve the product.
Your day-to-day activities will involve a mix of outreach, meetings, and follow-ups, all aimed at driving sales and expanding the client base. You will develop a deep understanding of Double's product and its benefits, enabling you to effectively communicate its value to accounting and bookkeeping practices. Your role will be crucial in helping the company achieve its mission of transforming how bookkeepers manage their work.
What we offer
Double offers a competitive compensation package with an OTE ranging from $110K to $150K, depending on your level of experience. With an uncapped commission structure, top Account Executives can earn upwards of $230K annually. This is a fully remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while still being part of a dynamic team. You will have opportunities for professional growth and development, participating in selling events and team offsites throughout the year.
