You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, which help you build strong relationships with teachers and school administrators.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Kiddom, you will be the backbone of the team, driving the success of teachers using our platform. You will lead the onboarding process for new users, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively utilize Kiddom's features. You will conduct regular check-ins with educators to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback, using this information to inform product improvements and enhancements. Collaborating with internal teams, you will develop training materials and resources that empower teachers to make the most of their experience. You will analyze usage data to identify trends and opportunities for deeper engagement, proactively reaching out to users who may need additional support. Your role will also involve advocating for customer needs within the organization, ensuring that their voices are heard in product development discussions. You will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, sharing insights and best practices with your colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
