You are a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a focus on smb and affiliate sales. You thrive in a role where you can champion Kikoff’s products and services, becoming the influential first point of contact for external prospective partners. You are motivated by ambitious new user acquisition goals and consistently overachieve monthly sales quotas, eager to grow your career as a contributing member of Kikoff.
You have experience utilizing various channels such as AI/sales tools, LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and industry events to generate leads and initiate contact. You are skilled at managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects, engaging sales prospects to achieve frequent quality responses. You are also adept at developing and implementing strategies to expand the affiliate referrals network and refine the company’s sales playbook.
What you'll do
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving user acquisition growth at Kikoff. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, host meetings and calls, and bring new partners into our affiliate referral program to expand our user acquisition scale. You will monitor and track affiliate performance metrics such as leads generated, conversions, and retention rates, analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization. You will prepare regular reports and updates on affiliate program performance to share with key stakeholders, ensuring that your contributions are aligned with the company’s ambitious goals.
