You have experience in account management, particularly in the enterprise sector, and understand the dynamics of building partnerships with marketing agencies and systems integrators. You pride yourself on being a marketing and product expert, capable of articulating the value of Klaviyo’s platform to partners and their clients. You possess strong consultative skills that allow you to understand your partners’ business models and growth strategies, enabling you to identify opportunities for collaboration and mutual growth.

You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and are motivated by the challenge of driving international growth in the DACH region. Your ability to build deep relationships and leverage your expertise will be key to your success in this role.

What you'll do

As the Partner Account Manager for Central Europe, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of enterprise-focused partners. You will work closely with marketing agencies and systems integrators to foster strong relationships that drive business development referrals and co-selling opportunities. Your role will involve articulating the unique value proposition of Klaviyo’s platform, differentiating it from competitors, and coaching partners on how to enhance their profitability through effective use of Klaviyo’s solutions.

You will collaborate with a brand-new founding team in Munich, contributing to Klaviyo's expansion efforts in Germany. Your responsibilities will include identifying growth opportunities, managing partner relationships, and ensuring that partners are equipped to leverage Klaviyo’s tools effectively. You will also play a crucial role in shaping the strategy for partner engagement and success in the region.
