Who you are

You have a strong background in customer engagement and renewals, with a proven track record of optimizing renewal processes and driving revenue growth. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure clients see ongoing value in the platform. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively. You understand the importance of customer relationships and are committed to reducing churn while maximizing renewal rates.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and oversee the renewal lifecycle for assigned accounts, engaging with customers well before renewal deadlines to secure timely commitments. You will work with customers to consolidate upcoming renewals, maximizing eligibility and attainment of key performance metrics. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally will be essential as you partner with Customer Success and Growth teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for tracking renewal metrics and reporting on performance to ensure continuous improvement in renewal strategies.
