Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success and renewals, with a proven track record of managing high-touch accounts and driving customer retention. Your fluency in German and excellent English communication skills enable you to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across EMEA. You are passionate about understanding customer goals and aligning solutions to meet their business objectives, ensuring a seamless renewal experience.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Product. Your ability to identify renewal risks early and proactively drive mitigation plans demonstrates your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. You are committed to protecting and expanding recurring revenue, and you take ownership of your portfolio of accounts, developing a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

Desirable

Experience in a SaaS environment or with analytics solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with revenue operations and customer success metrics. You understand the importance of Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and are motivated by the impact you can have on these key performance indicators.

What you'll do

As a Senior Renewals Specialist at Minitab, you will own and execute high-touch renewals that directly influence GRR and NRR. You will build strong, consultative relationships with customers, aligning Minitab's solutions to their business objectives. Your role will involve managing a defined portfolio of accounts, where you will develop a deep understanding of customer goals and stakeholders.

You will proactively identify renewal risks, such as usage trends and pricing concerns, and drive mitigation plans to ensure contracts renew on time. Collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success teams, you will deliver seamless and successful renewal outcomes, protecting contract value and expanding recurring revenue across your territory.

Your responsibilities will also include engaging with champions, end users, and economic buyers to foster long-term customer relationships. You will play a pivotal role in driving customer value, retention, and growth, ensuring that Minitab's clients receive the highest level of service and support throughout their renewal journey.
