You have a strong background in customer relationship management, with a focus on renewals and retention strategies. Your fluency in German and excellent English communication skills enable you to engage effectively with diverse clients across EMEA. You understand the importance of protecting recurring revenue and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales and customer success teams to achieve shared goals. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify renewal risks early and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them. You are a trusted advisor to your customers, aligning solutions with their business objectives and ensuring their needs are met.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and execute high-touch renewals that directly influence Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR). You will manage a defined portfolio of accounts, developing a deep understanding of customer goals, stakeholders, and market dynamics. Your responsibilities will include identifying renewal risks early, such as usage trends and pricing concerns, and proactively driving mitigation plans. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Product teams to protect contract value and ensure seamless renewal outcomes. Engaging with champions, end users, and economic buyers will be key to your success in expanding recurring revenue across your territory. You will play a pivotal role in building long-term customer relationships and driving customer value, retention, and growth.
