Overview
Minitab is hiring a Senior Renewals Specialist to manage high-touch renewals and drive customer retention across EMEA accounts. You'll work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams, requiring fluency in German and excellent English communication skills.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success and renewals, with a proven track record of building long-term relationships and protecting recurring revenue. Your fluency in German and excellent English communication skills enable you to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders across EMEA. You are proactive in identifying renewal risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that contracts renew on time and that customer satisfaction remains high.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Product teams to deliver seamless renewal outcomes. Your consultative approach allows you to align solutions with customers' business objectives, fostering trust and loyalty. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to understand market dynamics and customer goals deeply.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and execute high-touch renewals that directly influence Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR). You will manage a defined portfolio of accounts, developing a deep understanding of customer goals and stakeholders. By identifying renewal risks early, you will proactively drive mitigation plans and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to protect contract value.
You will engage with champions, end users, and economic buyers to ensure a value-led renewal experience. Your responsibilities will include building strong, consultative relationships with customers and aligning solutions to their business objectives. You will also identify expansion opportunities within your territory, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
