Who you are

You have a strong background in customer engagement and retention strategies, with a proven track record of managing renewal processes effectively. Your organizational skills allow you to oversee the renewal lifecycle for assigned accounts, ensuring timely commitments from customers. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Customer Success and Growth teams to maximize renewal rates and drive revenue.

You understand the importance of customer relationships and are adept at engaging with clients well before renewal deadlines. Your ability to consolidate upcoming renewals and maximize eligibility demonstrates your commitment to achieving key performance metrics. You are proactive in your approach, ensuring that customers see continued value in Klaviyo's platform.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and oversee the renewal lifecycle for assigned accounts, optimizing renewal results and driving revenue. You will engage with customers to secure timely commitments and work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes. Your focus will be on retaining and expanding customer relationships, ensuring that clients continue to derive value from Klaviyo's offerings. You will also handle upsells and collaborate with Customer Success to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
