Who you are
You have a strong background in customer operations, ideally with experience in renewal management or similar roles. You understand the importance of customer retention and have a proven track record of driving revenue through effective management of customer relationships. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to clients. Your analytical skills allow you to assess customer needs and develop strategies that align with business goals. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and can communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable
Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are not afraid to take strategic risks to achieve results.
What you'll do
As a Senior Specialist in Renewal Management, you will be responsible for managing the renewal process for a significant portion of Qualtrics' revenue. This includes working closely with customers to ensure their needs are met and that they are satisfied with their current products. You will analyze customer contracts and identify opportunities to convert single-year deals into multi-year agreements. Collaborating with sales and customer success teams, you will develop strategies to shift customers to new products that enhance their experience and drive additional revenue. Your role will also involve invoicing and ensuring timely payments, which are critical for maintaining cash flow.
