Your experience in the Mid-Enterprise segment equips you with the insights needed to navigate the unique challenges and opportunities in this market.

You are adept at managing multiple layers of a sales organization — from front-line managers to Account Executives, you understand the dynamics of leading diverse teams and fostering a culture of success. Your ability to mentor and develop leaders is a key aspect of your approach, ensuring that your team is well-equipped to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving market.

What you'll do

As the Director of Sales at Klaviyo, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for the Mid-Enterprise segment in APAC. This involves developing clear operating plans and execution rhythms that align with the company's long-term growth objectives. You will be responsible for scaling the sales organization, driving predictable revenue, and shaping how Klaviyo wins in the upmarket.
