Who you are
You have extensive experience in enterprise marketing, particularly in designing and executing high-impact field and partner activations. Your background includes working closely with sales teams and understanding the nuances of executive engagement in the enterprise sector. You thrive in complex environments and have a proven track record of translating marketing strategies into measurable outcomes.
You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including sales leadership and executive sponsors. Your ability to navigate high-stakes situations with confidence and credibility is a key asset in your role. You are adaptable and open to learning, valuing diverse perspectives and experiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of Tier 1 Enterprise field and partner marketing initiatives. This includes organizing Executive Briefings, executive retreats, and bespoke leadership engagements that support large enterprise deals and strategic accounts. You will work closely with Enterprise Sales leadership to ensure that Klaviyo presents itself with relevance and confidence at the highest levels of the enterprise buyer journey.
You will be responsible for measuring the impact of your initiatives on pipeline and revenue, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the overall business strategy. Your role will require you to stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve Klaviyo's marketing approach.
