Who you are
You have a strong background in technical architecture and partner engagement, with a proven track record of working with Global System Integrators (GSIs). Your experience includes leading technical strategies and ensuring alignment with go-to-market initiatives. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy diving deep into technical challenges to create impactful solutions.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your consultant-first mindset allows you to approach problems creatively, ensuring that the solutions you develop are both extensible and reusable. You are passionate about building relationships and empowering partners to succeed.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the technical engagement strategy for a select group of GSIs, acting as the primary technical relationship owner. You will collaborate closely with Solution Architects and the sales team to ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing and prototyping solutions that enhance the Klaviyo experience for both customers and partners.
You will engage with prospects and partners to identify interesting problems and opportunities for improvement, leveraging your technical expertise to drive meaningful enhancements. Your role will also involve educating and enabling partners, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed in their engagements with Klaviyo.
