Who you are

You have a strong hunter mindset and a proactive sales approach, with a genuine passion for cybersecurity. You thrive in a high-performing sales environment and have a proven ability to accelerate revenue growth from day one. Your experience includes owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with medium-sized businesses. You understand the importance of building human-centered security programs and are committed to helping organizations transform their workforce into their strongest security asset.

Desirable

Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as is familiarity with sales methodologies that drive success in a competitive market. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and can adapt to both in-person and remote work settings. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients is essential for success in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will join KnowBe4's Mid Market sales team and be responsible for driving revenue growth by helping medium-sized businesses (501-1,500 employee companies) build effective security programs. You will own the full sales cycle, which includes prospecting, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals. Your efforts will contribute to the overall success of the sales team and the company as a whole. You will work closely with other team members to develop strategies that resonate with clients and address their unique security needs.
