You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in acquiring new clients and managing enterprise accounts. Your ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish or Italian and English allows you to connect with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by results, always looking for ways to exceed revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

You possess strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. Your understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and the importance of security awareness training positions you as a trusted advisor to your clients. You are adaptable and open to continuous learning, embracing the challenges that come with a rapidly evolving industry.

What you'll do

As a Regional Account Executive at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for acquiring new logos and upselling existing enterprise-sized customer accounts. Your primary goal will be to maximize all revenue opportunities, ensuring that you exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention.

You will conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop tailored sales pitches that resonate with their specific needs. Your role will involve presenting KnowBe4's AI-driven Human Risk Management platform to prospective clients, demonstrating how it can transform their workforce into a strong security asset. You will also be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, tracking progress, and reporting on sales activities to senior management.
