KnowBe4 is hiring a Regional Account Executive to acquire new customers and upsell existing accounts in the SMB/MM sector. This role requires fluency in French and Dutch and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic cybersecurity environment.

Who you are

You have experience in sales, particularly in acquiring new customers and upselling existing accounts. Your fluency in both French and Dutch allows you to communicate effectively with a diverse client base. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are driven by achieving sales targets and maximizing revenue opportunities.

You understand the cybersecurity landscape and are passionate about helping organizations strengthen their security culture. Your ability to build relationships and trust with clients is key to your success in this role. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong negotiation skills that enable you to close deals effectively.

What you'll do

As a Regional Account Executive at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for acquiring new logos and upselling to existing SMB/MM-sized customer accounts. Your goal will be to maximize all revenue opportunities and exceed sales targets. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to understand the offerings and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.

You will engage with clients through various channels, including in-person meetings, virtual presentations, and networking events. Your role will involve understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. You will also track your sales activities and report on your progress to management, contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.
