KnowBe4 is hiring an Account Executive (Enterprise/Strategic) to manage customer accounts and maximize sales opportunities. You'll promote and sell cybersecurity products to enterprise-sized businesses. This role requires strong sales skills and experience in account management.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing enterprise accounts and maximizing sales opportunities. Your experience includes promoting and selling products to large organizations, ideally in the cybersecurity or technology sector. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients and are skilled at identifying their needs to provide tailored solutions. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with in-person collaboration. You are motivated by achieving and exceeding sales quotas and enjoy the challenge of reactivating lapsed customer accounts.

Desirable

Experience in cybersecurity sales or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with AI-driven platforms and human risk management solutions will help you connect with potential clients more effectively. You are comfortable using CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer relationships. A background in enterprise sales strategies will give you an edge in this role.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for managing assigned customer accounts and maximizing all sales opportunities within those accounts. You will promote and sell KnowBe4’s range of cybersecurity products and services to enterprise-sized businesses, focusing on organizations with 1501+ employees. Your primary objective will be to achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas by targeting new business opportunities and reactivating dark (lapsed) customer accounts. You will engage with clients to understand their security needs and provide solutions that enhance their security culture. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, leveraging your sales expertise to drive growth.
