KnowBe4 is hiring an Account Executive (Enterprise/Strategic) to manage customer accounts and maximize sales opportunities. You'll be responsible for promoting and selling cybersecurity products to enterprise-sized businesses. This role requires strong sales skills and experience in account management.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing enterprise accounts and maximizing sales opportunities. Your experience includes promoting and selling products or services to large organizations, ideally in the technology or cybersecurity sectors. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with in-person collaboration. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs. You are results-driven, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales quotas. You value continuous professional development and are eager to grow within a supportive team culture.

Desirable

Experience in cybersecurity or technology sales is a plus, as is familiarity with account management strategies for enterprise clients. You may have a background in business development or customer success, which enhances your ability to reactivate lapsed accounts and drive new business. A strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to leverage data to inform your strategies will set you apart.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for managing assigned customer accounts and maximizing all sales opportunities within those accounts. Your primary objective will be to promote and sell KnowBe4’s cybersecurity products and services to enterprise-sized businesses, specifically targeting organizations with 1501+ employees. You will identify new business opportunities and work to reactivate dark accounts, ensuring that you achieve and exceed your monthly sales quota. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that you are providing the best possible solutions. Your role will involve regular communication with clients, understanding their security needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. You will also participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
