You understand the dynamics of small and medium-sized businesses and can effectively promote products and services tailored to their needs. You are driven by achieving sales quotas and enjoy building relationships with clients to enhance their experience with the company.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate the value of KnowBe4's offerings clearly and persuasively. You are comfortable working with a diverse range of clients and can adapt your approach based on their unique requirements. You are proactive in identifying cross-sale opportunities and have a strong understanding of customer needs in the cybersecurity space.
What you'll do
As a Cross-Sales Representative (SMB) at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for managing assigned customer accounts and maximizing all sales opportunities within those accounts. Your primary objective will be to promote and sell KnowBe4’s additional products and services to businesses with 25 to 500 employees. You will achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas by targeting your book of business and maximizing cross-sale opportunities. You will collaborate with other teams to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and support.
You will engage with clients regularly to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their cybersecurity posture. You will track your sales performance and report on your progress towards achieving your targets. You will also participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge, ensuring you remain a trusted advisor to your clients.
