You are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a desire to grow in the cybersecurity industry. You possess strong communication skills and are fluent in either Bahasa Indonesian or Mandarin, allowing you to connect effectively with diverse prospects. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to learn about cybersecurity solutions that help organizations enhance their security culture.

You have a proactive approach to identifying potential customers and are skilled at conducting research to understand their needs. Your ability to engage with prospects and educate them on product offerings will be key to your success in this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to achieving your sales targets.

What you'll do

As a Sales Development Representative at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for qualifying leads at the initial stages of the sales funnel. Your primary focus will be to research potential customers, connect with them, and educate them about our AI-driven Human Risk Management platform. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create and execute lead generation campaigns that turn leads into qualified opportunities.

You will engage with prospects through various channels, including email and phone, to understand their needs and how our solutions can address their challenges. Your role will involve maintaining accurate records of interactions and following up with leads to ensure they are nurtured throughout the sales process. You will also collaborate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads and support them in closing deals.
