Achievers is hiring a Sales Development Representative (Chinese Speaking) to initiate new business relationships and set up meetings for the Account Executive team. This role requires strong communication skills and a background in sales.

Who you are

You are an entrepreneurial individual with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and you have at least 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record of high performance. Your strong written, verbal, and presentation skills enable you to effectively communicate with potential clients and colleagues alike. You possess excellent time management and organizational skills, allowing you to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team are essential as you contribute to building a great company culture.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with a dynamic team based in Melbourne, Sydney, and Singapore, while also collaborating with our global head office in Toronto. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate new business relationships by prospecting and setting up meetings for our Account Executive team. You will reach out to warm leads provided by our Marketing team through various channels including phone, email, and LinkedIn. Your efforts will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success.
