You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity sectors. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners is key — you understand the importance of delivering exceptional service and support to maximize partner satisfaction and retention.
You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable using various digital communication tools to engage with partners effectively. Your proactive approach to problem-solving and your ability to anticipate partner needs will set you apart in this role.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Your primary goal will be to ensure that these partners receive the maximum value from our products and services. You will work closely with MSPs to understand their unique needs and challenges, providing tailored support and guidance to help them succeed.
You will conduct regular check-ins with partners to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. By leveraging your knowledge of our platform, you will empower MSPs to utilize our tools effectively, driving better outcomes for their clients.
Collaboration will be a significant part of your role — you will work alongside sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that partner feedback is incorporated into our offerings. Your insights will help shape the future of our products and services, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our partners.
