Kong is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to champion their largest customers and drive the adoption of Kong products. Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally with experience in technology or SaaS environments. You excel at building relationships and advocating for customer needs, ensuring they receive maximum value from the products. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to bridge gaps and foster collaboration.
You understand the importance of onboarding and guiding customers through their journey, validating their needs and addressing any challenges that arise. Your proactive approach to problem-solving and your ability to document and communicate customer use cases and roadmaps are key to your success in this role.
What you'll do
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Kong, you will be the primary post-sales point of contact for our most critical customers. You will onboard new clients, ensuring they understand how to leverage Kong's API platform effectively. Your role will involve leading hands-on product demonstrations and technical workshops to drive product adoption and explore new use cases.
You will document the path to ROI through Joint Success Plans, helping customers realize the business value of their investment in Kong products. Building meaningful relationships with customers will be essential, as you will advocate for their needs and work closely with internal teams to ensure their success.
