Kpler is seeking an experienced Account Manager (Maritime) to enhance revenue growth within existing accounts across EMEA. You'll manage relationships in the Maritime and Logistics sectors, focusing on sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Who you are
You have a proven track record as an Account Manager, particularly in the Maritime and Logistics sectors, with a strong ability to manage and nurture client relationships. Your experience includes negotiating contracts and terms to secure profitable agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies. You are driven and self-disciplined, capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, and you thrive on achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
You possess excellent negotiation skills and the ability to analyze complex client requirements and needs. You are a team player who always puts the business first, collaborating effectively with Account Development Representatives to leverage leads and insights from existing clients. Your comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities allows you to identify business needs and opportunities effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage and nurture relationships with accounts in the Maritime and Logistics sectors, focusing on achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will initiate and lead discussions with key stakeholders, including directors and senior managers, to identify business needs and opportunities. Your responsibilities will include negotiating contracts and terms to secure profitable agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies.
You will drive upselling initiatives by exploring opportunities within existing accounts, including new departments and services. Collaborating with Account Development Representatives, you will leverage leads and insights from existing clients to enhance revenue growth. Your role will also involve maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and product offerings to effectively manage your book of business and meet or exceed sales targets.
