Who you are

You are a Junior Product Designer with a strong foundation in UI/UX principles — you understand the importance of user-centered design and are eager to create intuitive experiences for our customers. You have experience in user research, concept development, wireframing, prototyping, and testing, and you are comfortable navigating the entire design process. Your familiarity with design tools, particularly Figma, allows you to bring your ideas to life effectively.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers. You are open to feedback and continuously seek to improve your design skills. You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating designs that not only look good but also enhance user experience.

What you'll do

As a Junior Product Designer at Lalamove, you will be responsible for developing user interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. You will conduct user research to gather insights that inform your design decisions, ensuring that the solutions you create meet the needs of our users. You will create wireframes and prototypes to visualize your ideas and test them with real users, iterating based on feedback to refine your designs.

You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure that your designs are feasible and align with the overall product vision. Your role will involve presenting your design concepts to stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into your work. You will also stay updated on design trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team and contributing to the continuous improvement of our design processes.
