Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, and possess the ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Your relationship-driven approach allows you to connect with technical teams at enterprise companies, helping them discover and adopt innovative solutions. You thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments and are eager to contribute to building a go-to-market strategy from the ground up.
You are comfortable collaborating with engineering, product, and customer success teams, ensuring that the adoption of GenAI products is seamless and effective. Your experience in navigating complex sales processes and understanding technical products will enable you to act as a trusted advisor to prospects, guiding them through their evaluation and decision-making processes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and manage the full sales cycle, demonstrating a strong bias for follow-up and follow-through. You will act as a trusted advisor to prospects, helping them understand the value of LangChain's products and how they can transform their operations. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts to close deals. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and that clients receive the support they need post-sale.
