Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, demonstrating your ability to manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are skilled at identifying and supporting key stakeholders within large organizations who can drive change and consensus for group buying decisions. Your experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Solutions Consulting and Marketing, to develop targeted approaches that ensure success in your accounts.
You possess strong negotiation skills and are adept at rolling out plans for accounts, ensuring that you not only secure initial contracts but also foster long-term relationships that drive revenue growth. Your ability to create and progress a sales pipeline is complemented by your strategic mindset, allowing you to identify opportunities that align with the company's goals and objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own an awesome territory and account list, leveraging your expertise to make magic happen. You will perform revenue-generating activities, including lead generation and pipeline progression, while collaborating closely with the Solutions Consulting team to develop solution maps that drive value in client organizations. You will work alongside Sales Development Representatives and Marketing to ensure a cohesive and targeted approach to your accounts, maximizing your impact on the sales process.
Your responsibilities will include negotiating initial contracts and rolling out comprehensive plans for your accounts, ensuring that you meet and exceed revenue targets. You will also be expected to stay informed about industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve your sales strategies and techniques. As part of the Enterprise Team, you will contribute to the overall success of Stensul by bringing in high-value clients and helping to define the future of marketing creation.
