Overview

Factory is hiring a Technical Recruiter to attract and hire top-tier engineering talent. You'll develop innovative sourcing strategies and lead the recruitment process. This position requires 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of filling a variety of technical positions, including AI/Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Data Science, and Infrastructure roles. You possess a strong understanding of technical skills, tools, and trends in the AI and software development ecosystem, allowing you to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers alike. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple roles and stakeholders with a sense of urgency and prioritization. Your passion for technology drives you to revolutionize software development through AI, contributing directly to Factory’s growth and success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage passive candidates from top tech companies, cutting-edge AI startups, and renowned academic institutions. You will work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements and the cultural dynamics of our teams, ensuring a seamless match between Factory and candidate aspirations. Leading the recruitment process end-to-end, you will craft compelling job descriptions, coordinate interviews, and extend offers while maintaining a high bar for skill, creativity, and cultural fit. You will foster strong relationships within the tech community through networking events, tech talks, and direct engagement with potential candidates, building a robust pipeline of talent. Additionally, you will implement and continuously refine our recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience, reduce time-to-hire, and ensure we remain competitive in the tech talent market.
