Your expertise includes developing effective recruiting strategies that align with the company's growth objectives, and you are skilled in negotiating offers that attract the best candidates. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to maintain alignment with stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

Desirable

Experience in recruiting for roles in applied AI, backend engineering, and infrastructure engineering is a plus. Familiarity with the tech landscape and an understanding of the skills and qualifications required for these roles will set you apart. You are proactive in your approach and are always looking for innovative ways to improve the recruiting process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and drive the full cycle recruiting process for technical roles at LangChain. You will partner closely with engineering leadership and founders to deeply understand role requirements and maintain strong alignment throughout the hiring process. Your responsibilities will include strategic sourcing of candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer negotiation process. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies that attract high-quality candidates to the organization. As a key member of the talent team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's technical hiring approach and ensuring that LangChain continues to attract top talent as it grows.
