You are a seasoned sales leader with over 10 years of experience in SaaS sales, particularly in the cybersecurity or data privacy sectors. Your track record includes successfully selling to CISOs and security executives, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. You thrive in a hybrid player-coach role, balancing hands-on sales activities with team leadership and mentorship. Your deep understanding of enterprise privacy governance and compliance regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, positions you as a trusted advisor to clients.
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively advocate for data privacy legislation and build trust with clients. Your strategic mindset enables you to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of Fortune 500 clients across various industries, including retail, healthcare, and telecommunications. You are passionate about contributing to a better society by promoting responsible data management practices.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the sales team from the Tysons office, driving revenue growth for the enterprise privacy governance platform. You will develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's mission to enhance relationships between businesses and consumers through automated privacy management solutions. Your responsibilities will include mentoring and coaching the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed in their roles.
You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine the value proposition and ensure alignment with market needs. By leveraging your extensive network and industry knowledge, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients to demonstrate the value of the platform.
