You have a proven track record in sales, ideally within the residential construction or real estate sectors. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Russian allows you to connect with a diverse clientele, ensuring that you can cater to the needs of various customers. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Your negotiation skills are top-notch, enabling you to close deals successfully while maintaining strong relationships with clients. What you'll do
As an ADU Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales in a high-demand market. You will consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs, showcasing your ability to perform under pressure. Conducting in-person sales presentations to qualified warm leads will be a key part of your role, where you will pitch and present the company's offerings effectively.
